HOW IT WORKS
STEP 1: 15 MINUTE DISCOVERY CALL
Begin by scheduling a free 15 minute discovery call with me. We will discuss your goals and see if we are a good fit to work together! During this call, we can go over packages and I will answer any questions you have.
STEP 2: INITIAL CONSULTATION
This is a one hour session, which can be virtual or in-home. During this session, we will go over diet history, current eating patterns, and short/long-term goals. This is the first step in creating your personalized nutrition plan.
STEP 3: FOLLOW UP SESSIONS
All follow up sessions will be 30 minutes long. We will continue to discuss nutrition-related concerns, nutrition education, and work towards goals.
