HOW IT WORKS

STEP 1: 15 MINUTE DISCOVERY CALL

Begin by scheduling a free 15 minute discovery call with me. We will discuss your goals and see if we are a good fit to work together! During this call, we can go over packages and I will answer any questions you have.

STEP 2: INITIAL CONSULTATION

This is a 1 hour session, which can be virtual or in-home. This session includes a comprehensive assessment of your food and medical history, eating patterns, and activity. This is the first step in creating your personalized nutrition plan. We will discuss short- and long-term goals.

STEP 3: FOLLOW UP SESSIONS

All follow up sessions will be 30 minutes long. We will discuss nutrition-related concerns, nutrition education, check-in on goals, celebrate your successes, and discuss any challenges and strategies to overcome them.
