Hey there! I'm Leah, a registered dietitian here to help you reach and maintain your health and fitness goals.

I take an individualized approach to nutrition. Conventional nutrition recommendations have always followed a one-size-fits-all model. The problem with this approach is simple: no two people are the same. There is no one diet that is healthy for everyone. We all have different dietary needs and requirements.

I’m a hiker, I love to be outdoors, and I never turn down a trip for ice cream. I am and always have been passionate about health, fitness, and creating a lifestyle I feel good about. Growing up as a dancer, I was always fascinated by the potential food had on not only how I physically felt, but my athletic performance. That very same fascination is what led me to my training in the gym. I'm able to use food as a tool to build muscle and gain strength. Over the years I’ve found a balance between eating healthy and getting active… that I actually enjoy. Whether I’m in the gym trying to hit a new PR, out peak-bagging the White Mountains, or cooking up a new recipe in the kitchen, I’ve found a lifestyle that I’m loving every second of! As a sports dietitian, I now work to help other people improve their performance and reach their goals.

I advocate for a balanced lifestyle without restriction. Unsustainable diets and workout regimens are what keeps us in the weight loss and gain cycle. Through my practice, I take an individualized approach to health so my clients can find something that is effective, sustainable, and works for them individually. I help people fuel their workouts, lose weight (while keeping it off), and leave behind the food guilt. I’m here to provide you with the knowledge and tools you need to reach your goals and live a healthy, balanced life.

Let's make nutrition simple again!
